Amazon states that this book will be released on August 1, 2005. It looks like about 600 pages and will cover what we need to do before we get to Mr.Mike's subject matter. Has anyone heard anything about his book? Surely Mr. Mike must be in the loop about this book. Any thoughs Mike?
