When you first run the TeapotWars executable on Windows XP, it will bother you with a security alert:



This happens for any executable that attempts to initialize TCP/IP. Just click the Unblock button and you'll be fine. It's a good idea to set up your Windows Firewall to only allow attachments from your internal network - especially during development.
