Where is the code?

Each chapter shows a lot of code. But when I followed the instructions and downloaded the source code, all I see is the Teapot Wars.

Where is the code for the individual chapters?

The code for each chapter is distributed throughout the entire code base, the source is labeled quite well with the chapter and page number.
