I am currently reading the 3rd edition of the book and am now at chapter 13, 3D Basics.
I have a question about the steering direction and the cross product. In the book (pg 418), it says if the cross product between the target vector and direction vector points up, I should steer right. If it points down, steering is off to the left.
Does that mean that if the cross product points up, the steering angle (derived from the dot product) is positive while if the cross product points down, the angle is negative?
